The past comes up and bites you in the ass.

You know, there are some things that happen in life that make you question friendship. For instance, when you find out that a "friend" of yours goes behind your back and does something they sweared they would never do. What is even shittier is that it took you almost a year later to find out about said incident. Ugh, trusting people is already hard enough for me--this just makes it 10x worse!
